One room has a very big arch and a high wooden traditional ceiling from the Turkish Empire, this can create a beautiful Mezzanine. On the upper floor, there’s a large room with an external stair and a large terrace, this could be transformed into an apartment for rental income.

Samaria Gorge is a 25 minutes drive and Falaserna, Elafonisi and Balos, some of the most stunning beaches not only of Crete but arguably for the whole of Greece, are all also relatively near and within easy reach.
