In a traditional picturesque village near Chania we offer for sale a restored traditional building consisting of a two storey house and a shop, currently working as a restaurant. The house which is 117 sq.m. consists of an open plan kitchen sitting area on the ground floor and of two rooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. The house has been restored preserving all the traditional features such as wooden high ceilings (with tree beams), wooden floors, arched windows and doors. On the first floor there is a balcony with view over the garden and the sea.
The restaurant which is adjusted to the house is a two part building a lower half with a small staircase under a traditional arch taking you to the larger sitting area. The restaurant remains open through the year since it can serve at least 40 people in the winter time. For the summer season it provides a garden of 70 sq.m.. The restaurant is fully equipped with three small fridges and two big ones, three gas cookers (two stoves), microwaves, cheese and ham slicer, chip frying cooker, coffee mixers, coffee machine, 3 sinks, tables, chairs, cooking pots.
