DIMITRIS KOUDOUNAKIS
Dimitris studied Architecture and Civil Engineering, while also working as an external building consultant.
With love for the old, traditional and historic buildings, he specialized in Restoration/Renovation & Refurbishments as well as Seismic Risk Assessment in Areas with Monumental Structures.
During his military service, he was assigned from the government to supervise and project-manage various building projects at the naval base in Crete.
Dimitris has supervised and participated in restoration & building works in Chania, Athens, Patra, Santorini, Rethymno, and Heraklion. Clients are welcome to inspect previous work and ask for references.
