Ideally located on the Venetian harbor promenade is this newly refurbished BB hotel.  The property comprises 14 rooms in total, with some of them offering unobstructed view to the sea and to the Light house. Six of them are double, three are single with the potential to become double (if needed), two are three bed and  the rest are four bed.   All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms.  The smallest room is 30sq.m. while the biggest one is 55sq.m..  The total surface of the property is 650sq.m. completed by the lobby area, the internet room, two WCs of common use and the linen storage.  The hotel is open all year round offering accommodation to both Greek and foreign customers.  There are contracts in place with a variety of tour operators providing customers, plus an agreement with a local shipping company and subscription to internet tourist guides.  The building was fully renovated in 2009.
